The Site is operated by Raydiant Oximetry, Inc. (“Raydiant,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. About Raydiant and the Site
Raydiant is a medical device company developing fetal pulse oximetry technology. The Site provides general information about Raydiant, its technology, its news, and its opportunities for investors and prospective employees. The Site does not sell products or services, and nothing on the Site constitutes an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any product.
2. Investigational device statement
Raydiant’s technology, including the products referred to on the Site as Nirah™ and Lumerah™, is investigational. Other names and logos appearing on the Site, including those of investors, partners, and news organizations, are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used for identification only.
